Mini Excavation
With our diversified excavators, we can execute interior, exterior and underground excavation, including: civil underground work & pipe installation, retaining wall removal & installation, garage and laneway house excavation & preparation, aggregate delivery placement, and rough grading prior to landscaping. We also offer slab prep for parkades, multi-family homes and commercial structures.
Drainage
Our experts can assist with drainage needs whether that’s repairing or replacing existing systems or installing new ones. We install sump pumps & tie them into city services as well as new services for new construction.
Concrete Cutting and Removal
We offer a range of concrete cutting and breaking services for construction sites. We cut window & door openings in foundation walls and tilt-up concrete structures as well as trenches in existing slabs. We cut coring holes for electrical and mechanical service installation. We also provide concrete breaking and removal using our hydraulic hammer and excavator.
Asbestos Abatement
Using the latest Work Safe certified procedures, we carry out demolition & abatement for enclosures as well as disposal. We do small abatement projects including kitchen & bathroom renovations and vinyl floor tile removal.
Mini Bins
We provide 12–20 yard bins for construction sites as well as general construction garbage removal and concrete disposal. We also do soil & aggregate delivery and placement.
